In the Public Service Center of the city of Semey, located at block 408, 21, there is a 24-hour post office for receiving ready-made documents. Thus, city residents can pick up documents at any convenient time 24/7.

In order to pick up completed documents through a postomat, when filling out the application, you must indicate the method of issue - postomat.

After receiving an SMS message that the document is ready, you need to pick it up at the post office within 3 days. To do this, you will need to go through biometric identification and enter a five-digit code from SMS. After which the cell will open and you can pick up the document.

It is worth noting that the service is available for 11 types of popular services. Among them:

- repeated birth certificate;

- certificate of registration of pledge of movable property;

- certificate of vocation of educational documents;

- copies of registration case documents;

- a duplicate of the technical passport;

- a duplicate of the title document for real estate;

- documents with apostilles.
