The theoretical exam for the right to operate self-propelled small vessels will be taken at Public Service Center No. 3

From March 18, the theoretical exam for the public service “Issue of a certificate for the right to operate a self-propelled small vessel” will be taken at 34A Papanin Street. Note that previously the theory was taken at the address B. Momyshuly, 22.

Please note that to submit an application, service recipients must have with them:

- Diploma of completion of an educational institution in the navigating specialty or a certificate (certificate) of completion of courses for training navigators of small vessels;

- Medical certificate in form No. 073;

- Two photographs measuring 2.5 x 3.5 cm;

- An identity document or an electronic document from a digital document service (for identification).

We would like to add that after successfully passing the exam, within 2 working days the service recipient will receive an SMS message informing them that the document is ready. The certificate can be picked up at the Public Service Center.
