Fire fighting measures in the cottage

In a fire hazard period in summer cottages

FORBIDDEN:

- burn dry grass;

- store waste and garbage in the areas;

- throw unquenched matches, butts;

- leave containers with combustible gases in the sun;

- make bonfires, burn garbage, waste, containers;

- leave unattended heating furnaces.

 

To avoid a fire it is necessary:                

- observe safety precautions when using gas appliances;

- have on site water supplies for fire fighting;

- dry grass, construction waste - store and burn in containers (barrels);

- to equip fire breaks by mowing and plowing between summer cottages and around (horticultural society;

- timely repair heating furnaces, clean chimneys of soot.

 

In the event of a fire, immediately inform the fire department by calling “101” or “112” to indicate what and where it is burning, what the fire threatens and who reported it.
