How to book a visit to the PSC via Telegram-bot?

For the convenience of citizens, the number of access points for booking queues at public service centers has been increased. Now, service recipients can book a queue in the public service center using the Telegram bot eGovKzBot2.0.

 To do this, you need to do only 2 steps:

 Go to the menu and select "Queue Reservation in the Public Service Center"

 Choose a region, district and PSC in which it is more convenient for you to receive public services, purpose of visit, convenient date and time.

 If you can’t book, try changing your visit time.

As soon as all steps have been completed, an SMS with confirmation will come.
