New akim of Ayagoz district appointed

Today, at a session of the Maslikhat of the Ayagoz region, regional akim Abai Nurlan Urankhaev nominated a candidate for the post of district akim. The deputies reviewed and agreed on the candidacy of Kanat Serikkanovich Adilbaev.

Kanat Adilbaev was born on December 14, 1972 and is a native of the city of Ayagoz. He has a higher education as an engineer-economist, as well as an academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.

“He began his career in 1996, working as a specialist of the first category in the tax department of legal entities of the tax inspectorate of the city of Semipalatinsk. For many years he worked as chairman of the Tax Committee of the city of Semey and worked in the system of the Ministry of Finance. Kanat Adilbaev has good business and organizational skills, as well as the ability to competently solve assigned problems,” said regional akim Abay.

In addition, from 2019 to 2021, he held the position of deputy akim of the city of Semey on issues of budget formation and execution, credit and customs policy, banking institutions, land relations, agriculture, veterinary medicine, industry, entrepreneurship, communications, tourism and trade, labor inspection and environmental protection. He was the director of AKM Stroyservice LLP.

Prior to his current appointment, Kanat Adilbaev was the chairman of the standing commission in the field of economic and financial development, entrepreneurial activity of the maslikhat of the Abay region.
