The Chairman of the Board of NJSC “State Corporation “Government for Citizens” and the Chairman of the Republican Notary Chamber got acquainted with the work of notaries and made sure that the USKN system is working.“In connection with the transition to the new system of the Unified State Cadastre of Real Estate, in the first days there was a temporary incorrect performance of real estate services. The state corporation carried out the necessary operations and eliminated the problems. For us, first of all, the main thing was to ensure the uninterrupted work of notaries, the eGov.kz portal and public service centers. Now we are connecting all other structures involved in the system,” said Suyenish Abdildin, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation.“Today, notaries are working as usual. The only moment left is to connect the certificates that were previously ordered through ENIS. Now, in connection with the transition to EGKN, we are completing work on the integration of systems. A temporary solution has been thought out so that notaries can make transactions until we fix the system. At the moment, notaries can request certificates through the third-party request service through the eGov.kz portal. Upon completion of the technical work, notaries will be able to use the service they are used to. By the way, since May 10, 8,114 applications from ENIS have been accepted, of which 4,367 have been executed,” added Zhanabilova Asel Bulatkazyevna, Chairman of the RNP.Note that ENIS is integrated with dozens of different information systems, including IS EGKN. From May 5 to May 9 this year, technical work was carried out to transfer from the state database "Real Estate Register" to the new system "Unified State Real Estate Cadastre".
