On the portal of the Electronic Government eGov.kz and in the mobile application eGov Mobile, citizens can apply for a conclusion on the need for sanatorium-resort treatment and for a certificate for passing preliminary mandatory medical examinations. With the help of the service "Issuance of an opinion on the need for sanatorium-and-spa treatment", Kazakhstanis can submit an electronic application for obtaining an opinion on sanatorium-and-spa treatment. When submitting an application, you must have an electronic copy of the results of clinical diagnostic studies according to the referred diagnosis. The result of the provision of the service is a health resort card issued in the form 069 / y of an electronic document, or a reasoned response about the refusal to provide a public service sent to the "personal account" in the form of an electronic document. Sanatorium-resort treatment includes comprehensive medical and preventive care provided in specialized institutions and based on the natural factors of the sanatorium-resort zone, such as mineral waters, therapeutic mud, thermal springs, etc. The following groups of persons can use the state service "Passing preliminary mandatory medical examinations": - employees of pharmacies, pharmaceutical organizations; - workers in the service sector (baths, showers, saunas, hairdressers, beauty salons, laundries, dry cleaners), workers in swimming pools and hydropathics, mud baths, sports and recreation organizations; - medical personnel of blood service organizations, medical workers of surgical, gynecological, obstetric, hematological, dental profiles and medical workers; - employees of preschool organizations, boarding schools, children's sanatorium year-round health organizations, orphanages, employees of family-type homes; - employees of passenger service organizations (railway stations, air terminals, airports, sea and river stations, bus stations, subways); - employees of public catering facilities; - students, general education schools, secondary specialized and higher educational institutions and applicants for study, etc. The result of the provision of the service will be a medical certificate (medical professional advisory opinion) issued in the form No. 075-u or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide public services sent to the "personal account" in the form of an electronic document. A notification about the processing of the application will appear within 30 minutes in the Personal Account on the eGov.kz portal. Services are available on the portal eGov.kz in the section "For citizens" - "Health" - "Medical assistance". Similar services are also available in the eGov Mobile app under Healthcare. The services were implemented thanks to the joint work of National Information Technologies JSC, the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the RSE on REM "Republican Center for Electronic Health" and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
