Kazakhstanis will be able to receive another public service online

Kazakhstanis now have the opportunity to receive information about their social benefits online. The state corporation "Government for Citizens" told how it is now possible to obtain the necessary certificate. Digitalization in Kazakhstan is in full swing, many public services can already be obtained online, and digital documents have long been equated with physical originals. Now Kazakhstanis have the opportunity, without leaving their homes, to receive another public service. Government agencies, together with Kazakh second-tier banks, implemented a project to obtain information on social payments. Previously, a certificate of the amount of received and active payments was issued on paper, and in order to receive it, one had to contact the branch of the NJSC "Government for Citizens" at the place of residence. Every year, more than 230,000 citizens came to their offices for this certificate, who were recipients of benefits, social payments and targeted social assistance. Now you don’t have to go anywhere - everything can be done online. To do this, you just need to go to the bank's mobile application, find the "Public Services" section and select a certificate with information on social payments there. Now this function is implemented in two applications: Kaspi.kz and HalykHomebank. The digital version of the certificate contains information on the amount of received and active payments. The user can choose any period starting from 2016 and the maximum period is 3 years. Recall that earlier a similar mechanism was also introduced for obtaining information on pensions and benefits.
