In Kazakhstan, allowances for mothers awarded "Altyn alka" and "Kumis alka" will now be assigned automatically

Previously, this procedure took seven business days. The Ministry of Labor has completely automated the assignment of benefits. The human factor in the proactive provision of services for the appointment of benefits to mothers awarded with pendants "Altyn alka" or "Kumis alka" is completely excluded, Vecher.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Previously, employees of NJSC State Corporation Government for Citizens and territorial departments of the MLSPP took part in proactive assignment of benefits, and this took seven working days. “Now, when receiving this service in a proactive format, the assignment of benefits is carried out through the information system, due to which the term for the provision of the service has been reduced to one working day,” the ministry explained. If a person is awarded with pendants "Altyn alka" or "Kumis alka", the relevant information is automatically entered into the MLSPP information system. Next, the system sends an SMS message to a person from number 1414 to obtain consent to the assignment of benefits in a proactive format. In case of a positive response to the SMS-message, the system makes a decision on the assignment of benefits automatically, without human intervention. This approach will be implemented by the MLSPP for other public services as well.
