The Department of the Migration Service of the Department of Semey, together with the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" NJSC in the Abay region, notifies you of the need to register at a temporary or permanent place of residence, in connection with the formation of the Abay region. In the absence of registration, in accordance with Article 492 “Residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan without registration or without identity documents” of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which in part 1 entails a warning, in parts 2-5, a fine from 7 to 20 MCI. In order to avoid a fine and further problems with the law, we recommend that you register at the place of residence on a temporary or permanent basis. To receive the registration service, you need to contact one of the PSCs in the city of Semey.
