The choice of pension assets investment portfolio managers has expanded

On November 16, 2022, an agreement on trust management of pension assets was concluded between JSC UAPF and JSC Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance. JSC "First Heartland Jusan Bank" was determined as the custodian bank. Thus, at the moment, the investor can choose between five investment portfolio managers (hereinafter referred to as PMOs), having familiarized themselves with their investment declarations and information on commission fees. The UIP register with all the data on management companies is posted on the website www.enpf.kz in the section "Services" - "Transfer of part of the savings to the trust management of the PIP". In order to transfer pension savings to the PIS, the contributor must apply to the UAPF with an application for choosing the PIS. The application can be submitted through a personal account on the UAPF website www.enpf.kz or in person at any regional branch of the UAPF. Recall that the UAPF transfers part of the pension savings exceeding the sufficiency amount to the trust management of the UIP within 30 calendar days after the date of receipt of the application from the contributor. Before the transfer of the declared amount to the investment portfolio manager, the investor may change his decision on the transfer and cancel his application. Please note that an application for changing the AIS and transferring pension savings from one AIS to another AIS can be submitted no more than once a year; an application for the return of pension savings from the PIS to the trust management of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan may be submitted no earlier than 2 (two) years after the initial transfer of the savings to the PIS.
