Regional chess competitions among students dedicated to the "Year of Children"

On November 2-3, 2022, the Department of Education and the Youth Resource Center of the Akimat of Ayagoz district, at secondary school No. 7, held district chess competitions among students dedicated to the "Year of Children". The students of the school gave the participants a great mood, they sang and danced. Competitions were held: 8-10 years old, 10-12 years old, 12-14 years old, 14 years old and older. The teams that selected their opponents by lot started the game. According to the Swiss system, 7 rounds were played. The purpose of this competition is to increase children's interest in chess and to promote a healthy lifestyle. More than 70 young chess players took part in the competition.
