The State Corporation thought out new services for obtaining IIN for foreign citizens

The State Corporation "Government for Citizens" has implemented the possibility of online booking of the queue at the public service center for foreign citizens. Now foreigners can plan a trip to the PSC and receive the result of the IIN formation service via SMS. In order to avoid queues at public service centers, the State Corporation decided to implement an online booking service for visiting public service centers through the Telegram bot EgovKzBot2.0. In order to book a queue, the user needs to select "Book a queue at the PSC for foreigners" in the menu. After - it will be necessary to enter the passport number, select the city, PSC, as well as the date of visit and time. If the booking is successful, a foreign citizen will need to come to the PSC 15 minutes before the specified time, show his passport at the reception to receive a queue ticket. Foreign citizens do not need to return to the PSC for the second time to receive an IIN. The finished document will be sent to the Kazakhstan phone number indicated in the application. You can buy it if you have a passport. “Previously, foreigners had to visit the PSC twice when receiving an IIN - to submit an application and to receive a result. In order to reduce the congestion of customers in public service centers, we have decided to launch a new service, thanks to which foreign citizens will be able to download the finished document via the link in SMS from the 1414 service and present it at the place of demand,” said Suyenish Abdildin, Chairman of the Board of the Government for Citizens State Corporation. It should be noted that in the absence of a Kazakhstani phone number, citizens from other countries will need to come to the PSC to obtain an IIN.
