The largest number of fires occurs in the winter period, during the heating season. Employees of the Department for Emergency Situations and Fire Station No. 13 of the Ayagoz district on a daily basis bypass the residential sector of the city, weekly "Fire safety Saturdays" are held, where citizens are explained the rules of fire safety in places with a mass stay of people (in the private residential sector), also in multi-apartment In residential buildings, fire safety leaflets are posted at the entrances to educate residents on fire safety measures. Violation of fire safety rules during the operation of stove heating is an invariable cause of fires during the heating season. Every day, using stove heating, a person begins to lose vigilance, which is unacceptable. After all, the heat emanating from the stove, which creates comfort in your home, requires special attention, as it brings not only joy, but also, if not properly used, can lead to a fire. Many homeowners do not comply with the furnace firing regime, they strive to heat the furnace in the morning so that there is enough heat until the evening. As a result of overheating, the walls of fireboxes, chimneys and pipes crack, which can cause a fire. Most of the stoves are laid by unskilled self-taught workers who violate fire safety requirements when installing stoves and chimneys, which creates a real risk of fire and death. In order to prevent the "home" from becoming a fire, in order to prevent fires and deaths in the residential sector, the employees of the ES of the Ayagoz district urge citizens to observe fire safety rules when installing and operating heating stoves: - furnaces and other heating appliances must have fire-prevention cuttings (retreats) from combustible structures established by the norms, have a pre-furnace metal sheet no less than 50x70 cm in size (on a wooden or other floor made of combustible materials) without burnouts and damage; - it is necessary to clean chimneys and stoves from soot before the start, as well as during the entire heating season, at least once every three months; - in attics, all chimneys and walls in which smoke channels pass must be whitewashed. - a stove, a chimney at the junctions with wooden attic or interfloor ceilings must have a thickening of the brickwork - cutting. Do not forget about the thickening of the walls of the furnace. - any furnace must have an independent foundation and not adjoin the entire plane of one of the walls to wooden structures. It is necessary to leave an air gap between them - a retreat. - in order to prevent overheating of the stove, it is recommended to heat it 2-3 times a day and no more than an hour and a half. - 3 hours before going to bed, the furnace fire must be stopped. - do not dry things and raw firewood on the stove. And make sure that the furniture, curtains are at least half a meter from the array of the heating stove. During the operation of stove heating is prohibited: - leave unattended heating stoves, entrust the supervision of them to young children; - place fuel, other combustible substances and materials on the furnace and pre-furnace sheet; - use gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel and other flammable and combustible liquids for ignition of furnaces; - use ventilation and gas ducts as chimneys; - reheat furnaces.
