Proper nutrition for students

A strong foundation of a child's health in connection with his nutrition, laid down in childhood health, affects the quality of the entire subsequent life of a person. One of the first principles of healthy eating is adherence to a diet. Diet - time and amount of daily food intake. Meals should be drunk regularly at the set time. Regular consumption of food at a certain time forms the readiness to fulfill the rhythm of the gastrointestinal tract at a certain hour. This ensures complete and comfortable digestion and absorption of food.

The student's breakfast should be rich enough and offered with cheese, eggs, or cereal. Meal intervals should be 2.5-3 hours. It will be useful if it is diverse.

A child's daily diet should contain foods from 5 main groups:

- cereals, bread (preferably from brown flour) and sometimes pasta;

- vegetables, fruits, in a fresh state, consume at least 400 g per day;

- meat, poultry, fish, legumes, eggs, nuts;

- milk and fermented milk products;

- fats: 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (obtained by cold pressing, untreated), butter (no more than 30 g).

Start your meal with raw vegetables and fruits. They can be eaten whole or as a salad. Fruits and vegetables, warmed up for hunger, improve the functioning of the digestive glands, digestive tracts, and contribute to the normalization of intestinal microflora. Especially useful in this context are apples, all types of cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers. You can use sauerkraut.

Eating fruit after meals is also prohibited. When eating, do not eat hot or cold food while stirring. Go to work immediately after eating. It is not allowed to rest and sleep lying down. If you follow these rules, you will feel an improvement in your health.
