In order to implement the roadmap for 2022-2024 for the transition of the Rukhani Zhangyru program to the stage of national modernization, adopted by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 6, 2021 No. 167-r, in accordance with the guidelines of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, in the second quarter of 2022, the territorial Department of the Agency in the East Kazakhstan region, with the participation of local executive bodies of the region, held the stage of selecting candidates for participation in the Republican competition "The Best Rural Akim". In July of this year, by order of the head of the Department, the composition of the regional commission was approved to determine the winner of the regional competition "The Best Rural Akim". Maksat Gylymbekovich Isakhanov, akim of the Malkeldin rural district of the Ayagoz district, sent documents for participation in the regional competition, by decision of the competition commission, on behalf of the region, Abay received a referral to participate in the republican competition.
