About education Department of Justice of the Abai region

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev "On some issues of the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan", new regions Abai, Zhetisu, Ulytau were formed.
In this regard, on the basis of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 23, 2022 No. 417 "On certain issues of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the RSU "Department of Justice of the Abai region of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was created by separating the Department of Justice of the East Kazakhstan Region of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the RSU "Department of Justice of the East Kazakhstan Region of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The Department of Justice of the Abai region provides legal support for the activities of the state, maintains the rule of law in the work of state bodies, organizations, officials and citizens, protects the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and organizations.
