On January 13, 2020, the Urjar Interdistrict Justice Department held a training seminar with the participation of private notaries of the city of Ayaguz on the topic "On the prevention of refusals and suspensions in state registration of rights to real estate" to improve the quality of the provision of electronic registration of rights to real estate.

During the seminar, the head of the department, Saltanat Selikhanova, discussed issues of reducing the number of refusals and suspensions in state registration of rights to real estate, and also discussed issues regarding the procedure for state registration of rights to real estate.

And also, the head of the justice department, Saltanat Selikhanova, recommended notaries to carry out legal explanatory work to clarify the Global Competitiveness Index of the World Economic Forum in Kazakhstan on the "Ownership" indicator.

At the end of the event, the head of the department, Saltanat Selikhanova, congratulated private notaries on the New Year 2020.
