Benefits for pregnancy and childbirth - one of the most popular requests of Kazakhstanis

One of the most popular requests for social payments in Kazakhstan is the issues of registration and receipt of benefits for pregnancy and childbirth. This is especially true when the first child appears in the family. A lot of requests on this topic are received by the contact center for social and labor issues of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens". The share of consultations on this issue is about 20% of all appeals on pension and social security issues.

The contact center provides advice in the following areas: pension, social security and social insurance, labor relations and employment, monthly allowance for large families, targeted social assistance, early withdrawal of pension savings from the UAPF and other issues.

Every day, 60 contact center operators receive and process from 3,000 to 5,000 customer inquiries.
