About 2,000 residents of Semey have issued social benefits in a proactive way

Getting public services in a proactive way in the country is becoming increasingly popular.

To date, 1,674 mothers in Semey have issued childbirth and childcare benefits in a proactive format. More than 200 women received benefits for families with many children. About 20 residents of the city issued benefits as mothers of many children, awarded with pendants "Altyn alka", "Kumis alka".

“Improve, simplify and make online - this is the main principle of digitalization. The State Corporation is trying to make sure that the state takes care of citizens, so that our clients spend the minimum amount of time and resources to receive public services - this is the proactive principle. All that is required is the consent of the client via SMS. All the necessary information is pulled from the information systems of government agencies. The main thing is that a person be registered in the Mobile Citizens Database,” said Zhanat Umergaliyeva, deputy director of the Government for Citizens branch in East Kazakhstan region.

To date, the following benefits can be issued in a proactive format:

- allowance for birth and childcare up to a year;

- allowance for mothers awarded with pendants "Altyn alka" and "Kumis alka";

- state social allowance for disability;

- state benefit for the loss of a breadwinner;

- allowance for families with many children;

- state allowance for the care of a disabled child;

- allowance for the care of a disabled person since childhood;

- social payment in case of disability;

- social payment in case of job loss;

- social benefit in case of loss of income due to pregnancy and childbirth.

 

For the first time, a proactive format for receiving public services appeared in the country at the end of 2017 thanks to the integration of information systems. The e-government portal pulls all the data from the information systems of government agencies, and requests the missing ones from the client via SMS.
