East Kazakhstan residents can register a business online

The branch of the state corporation "Government for Citizens" in East Kazakhstan region told about how to get public services for state registration of legal entities online. These are one of the most demanded public services in Kazakhstan.

To make the procedure less costly and efficient, a legal entity does not need to apply to the PSC. Especially when it comes to registration of small and medium-sized businesses, re-registration or liquidation of commercial legal entities. All this can be done through the portal eGov.kz. It is enough just to fill out an electronic application, and within one day a response will be sent to the user's personal account in the form of an electronic certificate of state registration, or a refusal. If necessary, a certificate of business registration can be printed.

According to Meruert Tarybayeva, Deputy Director of the Government for Citizens branch in East Kazakhstan, the acceleration of the business registration procedure has become possible due to the process of automating and optimizing public services. If earlier the applicant came to the state agency with 5 or more documents and waited up to 5 days for data verification to obtain registration, today the entire procedure in electronic form takes no more than one day, and does not require any documents.

Also, the following electronic services are provided: Primary registration of small and medium-sized businesses, their branches and representative offices; Re-registration of commercial legal entities; Liquidation of legal entities, their branches and representative offices; Changing the location of a legal entity belonging to a private business entity, a branch (representative office), with the exception of a joint-stock company, a branch (representative office);

In addition, today changing the head of a legal entity is the most common and popular service. At present, a service has been launched to change the head of a legal entity, which is carried out through the eGov.kz e-government portal.

It should be noted that since the beginning of the year, the state corporation has registered about 2,000 legal entities.
