The first "proactive" pensioners appeared in Ust-Kamenogorsk

In Ust-Kamenogorsk, 2 pensioners applied for their pension proactively, that is, via SMS. These are the main specialists of the social security department of the branch of the state corporation "Government for Citizens" in the East Kazakhstan region Rimma Zhainakova and Binur Toktarbekova.

Let us remind you that in September the state corporation "Government for Citizens" launched a pilot project on registration of pensions in a proactive way. The essence of the project is that a potential pensioner 10 days before reaching retirement age receives an SMS message with a proposal to issue the service in a proactive way. If the future pensioner agrees, he just needs to enter the word "yes" and send a response sms.

By the way, earlier, future retirees had to visit the PSC for registration of services for assigning old-age pension payments, state basic pension payments and pension payments from the unified accumulative pension fund.

“I have been working in social security for 41 years. But I never thought that I would become the first retired woman in East Kazakhstan region to apply for a pension proactively. I’m very glad that I didn’t have to collect all the necessary documents for retirement, because all the data was stored in my home state corporation ", - said pensioner Binur Toktarbekova.

It is worth noting that in order to issue a service proactively, a citizen needs to provide information about his work activity in advance to the personnel department at the place of work in order to enter them into the Unified System for Recording Labor Contracts (ESUTD). At the first stage, the project operates only among government employees for citizens. At the same time, since September, 28 employees of the state corporation in Kazakhstan have proactively issued a pension.
