Competition "The best teacher"

On April 27, 2022, a competition of professional skills of physical education teachers "The Best Teacher" was held at the KSU "Multiprofile Kazakh School Gymnasium". The competition was held by the education department of the Ayagoz district in order to identify the professional skills of teachers in the education system. Pedagogical workers (subject teachers) of general education schools of all types with at least 5 years of experience took part in the competition. The purpose and objectives of the competition The district competition is held with the aim of increasing the prestige and status of a teacher in society, developing innovations in education, and disseminating advanced pedagogical experience. Competition objectives: - creation of conditions for comprehensive self-expression of teachers; - identification and support of talented teachers; - identification and dissemination of innovative pedagogical experience in the education system; The regional competition consisted of the following stages. I stage. Correspondence, qualifying stage is evaluated according to the following indicators: Video lesson on discipline. Stage II is carried out according to the following indicators: "Self-presentation" - (7-10 minutes) Test on discipline 25 questions (on discipline and methodology), 40 minutes. The theoretical knowledge and methodological skills of the teacher in the subject are evaluated. III. Master class 15-20 minutes The teacher of physical culture of KSU "multiprofile Kazakh school-gymnasium" Sh. culture of the secondary school named after T. Yesimzhanov N. Seifollin. All prize-winners were awarded with certificates of education department of Ayagoz district.
