Third party referral service

Through the service for obtaining certificates by third parties, certificates from psycho-drug dispensaries are available, on the presence / absence of real estate, a criminal record, information on the state of pension savings, tax arrears and others. To do this, the third party needs: 1. Log in to the portal egov.kz; 2. Find this service and enter the IIN of the person for whom you need to order a certificate; 3. In the list, select the required type of help and send a request to the user. The request will be sent to the citizen's personal account, and an SMS message with the code from 1414 will also be sent to the phone. The user must approve or deny the request for a certificate within 2 hours from the moment of receipt. After 2 hours the response is considered invalid
