Every citizen of Kazakhstan has a choice, no matter what religion he belongs to or deviates from! Our children must beware of destructive religious movements and their representatives! The concept of "secularism" is broad. Modern secularism includes, above all, the free exercise of humanistic values, including freedom of conscience and religion. Secularism does not mean the denial of religious worldviews and values or discrimination of their role and significance in society and the state. Secularism and the secular nature of the state do not negate religion. Secularism is the recognition of the diversity of ideas in the spiritual sphere of society, with the support of the freedom of outlook of each person. And the secular state provides the legal basis for the relationship of these varieties. Secularism is one of the basic principles of the formation and functioning of the rule of law in many countries of the modern world. Politically and legally, secularism means the separation of state administration and regulation of social relations from the norms of religious law.
