Basketball tournament among educators dedicated to the holiday "Nauryz"

From March 24 to March 25, 2022, in the sports halls of KSU "Mixed secondary school No. 3" and KSU "Mixed secondary school No. 4" of the city of Ayagoz, East Kazakhstan region, the regional trade union committee of education and science workers organized a tournament for the holiday "Nauryz" basketball among educators. Purpose of the competition: - Popularization of basketball among teachers of the district; - Exchange of experience and improvement of sports status among teachers; - Promoting a healthy lifestyle, physical culture and sports; 10 teams took part in the competition: secondary school No. 1, secondary school named after D. Babatayuly, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, school-gymnasium named after K. Boztaev, school - gymnasium, school - lyceum, secondary school named after S. Gabbasova. Due to bad weather conditions, teams from schools from rural districts could not take part in the competition. By drawing lots, the teams were divided into 3 subgroups. The competitions were held at a high level. The team of KSU "Secondary General Education School No. 1", the team of KSU "Secondary Mixed Secondary School No. 4", KSU "City Diversified Kazakh School Gymnasium" entered the final games, which competed for prizes. The 1st place was taken by the team of KSU "Comprehensive mixed secondary school No. 4", the 2nd place was taken by the team of KSU "Secondary secondary school No. 1", the 3rd place was taken by the team of KSU "City multidisciplinary Kazakh school gymnasium". "The best player of the competition" was the player of the KSU team "Comprehensive mixed secondary school No. 4" A. Kananov, the "Best defender" was the player of the KSU team "City diversified Kazakh school gymnasium" B. Shumakov, the "Best forward" of the tournament was recognized as the player of the KSU team "Secondary School No. 1" A. Makhatov. At the end of the competition, the winners and prize-winners and the best players were awarded cups, valuable prizes, medals, diplomas of the trade union committee of education and science workers of the district.
