In East Kazakhstan region, car owners began to buy "VIP" numbers more often

East Kazakhstan car owners in 2021 spent 185 million tenge on the so-called "increased demand" or VIP numbers. At the same time, residents of the region began to buy "beautiful" numbers more often in comparison with the previous year. In 2020, there were 207 rooms in Semey, and last year 298 rooms were purchased. Similarly, in the regional center in 2020 there are 175 rooms, and in 2021 411 rooms were purchased. According to the "Government for Citizens", EKR is on the 7th place, 709 rooms, Almaty residents spent the most on VIP rooms last year - 6,882 rooms were sold in the amount of 2.2 billion tenge. In second place are car enthusiasts of Shymkent - 3,190 numbers in the amount of 818 million tenge, and the capital city closes the top three - 2,231 numbers in the amount of 667 million tenge. VIP-numbers are in the least demand in the North-Kazakhstan region - over the past year, only 169 high-demand rooms were purchased there for the amount of 45 million tenge. It should be noted that the cost of VIP rooms depends on the combination of numbers and letters and varies from 174,591 to 872,955 tenge. We add that the owner of the license plate cannot give it as a gift or sell it to a third party.
