What public services can be obtained online without an EDS?

In Kazakhstan, 637 public services can be obtained online; for this, in most cases, you need to have an EDS. But sometimes people urgently need to get some kind of certificate, but the EDS is not at hand. For such situations, access to 138 popular services has been simplified - they can be obtained using a one-time SMS password.

Without a digital signature, you can get the most popular certificates, for example, apply for a real estate registration certificate or its duplicate. You can also make a temporary residence permit, change your full name, register as unemployed, get an act on land plots, apply for disability, social benefits and much more.
