REGIONAL COMPETITION "SPORTLAND" DEDICATED TO THE 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE INDEPENDENCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Goals and objectives of the competition: - popularizing and increasing the prestige of the subject "Physical culture" among students of general education institutions, improving theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for students in modern life; - upbringing of a steady interest and need for systematic physical education; - familiarizing students with friendship through physical education and sports; - increasing the level of development of sports in schools; - fostering a sense of citizenship in the younger generation. Regional competitions "Sportlandia" are held among two groups: 1 group: 5-6 grade (3 boys, 2 girls from the same school); Group 2: 7-8 grade (3 boys, 2 girls - from the same school). Regarding the competition program: - Pulling up on the bar (boys); - Lifting the torso lying on the chest (girls); - Seated accent, lying accent (boys, girls); - Classic sitting on hands (girls); - Classic flexion and extension of the arms (boys); - Throwing a basketball from the chest into the basket (boys, girls). Students of the KSU "Secondary School No. 5" defended the honor of the Ayagoz region and took the third place in the regional competition "Sportlandia". The leaders V. Agaev and A. Omarbekov perfectly prepared the team and achieved such success.
