The sector serves about 100-110 clients per day. The most demanded activities are the issuance and revocation of registration certificates (EDS) of the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, issuance of a certificate of the presence or absence of a criminal record, obtaining a certificate from a neuropsychiatric dispensary, a certificate from a narcological dispensary, services for issuing a certificate of the presence (absence) of real estate of an individual, issuing a certificate of registered rights (encumbrances) on real estate and its technical characteristics. Also, specialists of the sector teach using the phone to receive electronic certificates by attaching them to the egov mobile application.
