Monitoring of the quality work of the offices of the "open akimat"

The head of the project office "Ayagoz-Adaldyk alagy", advisor to the district akim L. T. Moldasheva monitored the quality work of the offices of the "open akimat" of the service model of the district. In accordance with the instructions of the Head of State, the Adaldyq alańy project is being successfully implemented in all regions of the country, aimed at eradicating corruption and creating favorable conditions for the population. An effective mechanism for countering everyday corruption is to increase the transparency and accessibility of civil servants for the population. The transition of government agencies to a service model meets modern requirements. Activities of the service akimat, "ASHYQ AKIMDIK" and centers for the provision of electronic public services. Implementation of the concept of "hearing state" In order to implement the concept of creating an accountable state, in 2020, the site of the service akimat in the building of the regional akimat was modernized, namely, current repairs and equipping of the service akimat with the necessary office and computer equipment. A self-service corner has been installed in the service akimat to receive all types of electronic services. To receive applications from the population, consider land, architectural, educational and socially oriented public services and other issues, 5 employees are provided. For the reception of the population by the heads and deputies of the district, a comfortable room has been equipped. In 2020, the total number of citizens who applied to the akimat of the district was 2375, of which individuals - 1935, legal entities - 440. During a personal reception, 235 appeals were registered. 1327 applications were satisfied (individuals - 498, legal entities - 829), the number of applications for which explanatory work was carried out - 935 (individuals - 829, legal entities - 106). The number of satisfied applications-2, the number of delayed applications-2, the number of processed applications-118, the number of terminated applications-2, 3 applications were sent to the higher authority. The requests were fully or partially satisfied, the number of requests was 661. For the third quarter of 2021, the number of citizens who applied to the akimat was 546 (535 individuals, 11 legal entities), 250 applications / appeals were satisfied, explanatory work was carried out on 296 appeals. The number of heads of local executive bodies, including subordinate organizations, located on the first floor in the city of Ayagoz - 6. In addition, the heads of independent departments of the district akimat open pages on the social networks "facebook", "Instagram", which makes it possible to answer online questions of the district population.
