Sometimes Kazakhstanis in their personal account on eGov.kz can find inconsistencies in documents such as birth certificates, divorce / marriage, information about death, change of name, and more.

Often, such errors occur due to incorrectly digitized data.

To remedy this situation, it is enough to send scanned copies of documents through the electronic portal eGov.kz.

To do this, you need to use the service "Updating information from the IS REGISTRY OFFICE".

After you have filled in all the data in the required field on the portal and attached the necessary files, sign the request using an EDS or one-time password.
