The procedure for submitting tender documentation: to participate in the tender, applicants submit to the specified address in person, by mail, in electronic form through the web portal "electronic government" or through its authorized representative, an application in the approved form and a complete package of tender documentation. Terms of submission of tender documentation: from November 2, 2021 to November 12, 2021 on weekdays from 10 am to 5 pm (local time). Application start date and time: November 2, 2021 from 10 am (local time). End date and time of filing applications: November 12, 2021 until 13:00 (local time).
