How to quickly recover a lost military ID
The East Kazakhstan branch of the "Government for Citizens" told how, in case of loss, to quickly restore a military ID.
You can restore it in two ways - through the eGov portal or by contacting the PSC. To restore a military ID through eGov, you need to go through authorization on the portal and find the service “Issuance of military tickets or their duplicates (temporary certificates instead of military tickets) to officers, sergeants, reserve soldiers”. Then click on the command "order services online" and fill out a special application, which will need to be signed using an EDS or using an SMS password.
The service is free, the term of rendering is from 5 to 7 working days.
If you decide to restore the "military man" through the PSC, then you will need to collect a list of documents. What kind of documents are needed, you can find out from the consultants of the PSC or by calling 1414. The term of the service is 10 working days.
When contacting the PSC, you definitely need to have a 3x4 photo, the photo must correspond to the applicant's age and be made strictly in full face on a light background. The face should occupy about 70% of the total area of the photo.
Since the beginning of 2021, about 6 thousand military tickets have been restored through the PSCs of the region.
