PSCs of the East Kazakhstan region will switch to a five-day work schedule

According to the Decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan (No. 37 of August 26, 2021), from September 6, PSCs in the region will switch to a five-day mode of operation.

Residents of the East Kazakhstan region with a safe or neutral status will be able to receive public services without the obligatory advance booking of a queue.

Taking into account the status of the public service departments as a single provider for the provision of public services, namely in terms of receiving documents and issuing a finished result and direct dependence on the work schedule of state bodies, as well as in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in the buildings of the public service center, it was decided to introduce a unified work schedule for public service centers in EKR from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays, Saturday, Sunday - a day off.

At the same time, for the convenience of service recipients, in the cities of Ust-Kamenogorsk and Semey, one duty department will be provided with a work schedule from 9:00 to 20:00 on weekdays.

When visiting public service centers, we ask citizens to comply with sanitary and preventive standards, wear masks and maintain social distance.
