In the public service centers of the East Kazakhstan region, the status of clients on Ashyq will be checked before issuing a coupon

At the same time, you can check your status through the application before entering the building.

Thanks to integration with the Ashyq application, the status of citizens in PSCs will be checked automatically before issuing a coupon. This decision was made for the convenience of those customers who, for some reason, cannot use Ashyq through their smartphones. Public services can only be received by citizens with a safe or neutral status. If a dangerous status is detected, the coupon will not be issued.

At the same time, the entrance to the public service center by Ashyq is still available through the QR code on the door of the building. According to the Resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 27 dated June 11, 2021, from June 14, PSCs switched to receiving clients through the Ashyq service.

Advance queuing for city departments remains the same. In case of pre-booking, the client will have an advantage - the operator will accept it at the appointed time.
