How to recover educational documents, such as a school certificate, or a diploma from any other educational institution

So, there are two ways to restore:
🔑First - through the Egov.kz portal: 📌Log in on the portal and through the search for services find "Issuance of duplicate education documents", order the service online; 📌First step to fill in data about yourself and the document for recovery; 📌Select an educational institution by clicking on the "add" button; 📌The second step is to sign the application using EDS; 📌Check the result of the service in your personal account. Do not forget❗ ☝️To order this service online, you must be registered in the mobile citizens database. ⏰Delivery time - 15 working days. 🔑The second way of submitting documents is through the PSC: 📌First, book an online queue at the PSC and come 20 minutes before the appointed time to confirm your reservation and submit an application from the operator; 📍Required documents for applying: 📎Birth certificate, or identity card; 📎If the applicant is a minor, then the documents of the parents or legal representative. Do not forget❗ ☝️Before visiting the PSC, you must know in advance the correct name of the educational institution, if renamed, then the new name, address and postal code. ☝️In case of closure of an educational institution, documents will be requested from the local archive, which may affect the term of the service. 💰 The cost of the service is free. ⏰Time for the provision of the service, excluding the day of submission of documents - 30 working days.
