Electronic digital signature (EDS) for legal entities

Advantages of using EDS by legal entities:

  1. Participation in electronic trading;
  2. Performing banking operations without personal presence;
  3. Submission of electronic reports without personal presence;
  4. Remote control of the company and much more.

How can legal entities get an EDS?

  1. Go to the site pki.gov.kz;
  2. Select “Get EDS Keys” → “EDS Keys for Legal Entities” → select your status in the organization (first manager, employee with the right to sign, employee with the right to sign financial documents, etc.);
  3. Print the generated application;
  4. Visit the PSC to obtain an EDS (with you have: a printed application, an identity card, supporting documents of an authorized legal entity).

Electronic digital signature (EDS) is issued for a period of one year. It can be reissued before its expiration date at pki.gov.kz.

p.s. EDS can be stored on various media, but at the same time, you should take great responsibility to ensure that it does not fall into the wrong hands.
