So, the first way is through the portal Еgov.kz:
📌 In the section" Registration and business development", find the appropriate service.
First step: you need to enter the information about the organization and fill in the fields with the full and short name of the company in Kazakh, Russian and English.
📌 Next, select the legal form and fill in the information about the founders of the organization;
Указать Specify the legal address, contacts and code of the main type of economic activity and the number of people employed;
📌 If you want to open an online account, you need to go through the third step by attaching the documents required by the portal;
📌 The next step is to conclude an insurance contract;
At the end of this entire procedure, sign the application using an EDS.
❗ ️ Attention.
If you plan to open a bank account and enter into an insurance contract yourself, do not check the box at the end of step 1.
If the founder of the organization is a third party, then when specifying the IIN, an application will be sent to his personal account where it is necessary to give consent within 1 hour.

The service delivery time is 1 hour (for re – registration-1 working day).

The second method – registration through the PSC:

📍In case of change of name of LLP, the founders and decreasing the amount of share capital required to re-register the documents through CSC. To do this, you will need the following documents :

📎 Charter;
📎 Published publication in a printed publication on changes in the authorized capital for a period of no more than 1 month. (in case of reduction of the amount of the authorized capital);
Оригинал Original agreement (in case of change of founders);
💰 Service cost:
✔ ️ For small businesses-5656 tenge;
✔️ For medium and large businesses - 18382 tenge.
The term of rendering the service without taking into account the day of submission is 1 working day.
