PSCs in the cities of Ust-Kamenogorsk and Semey can be visited only by prior reservation

In order to avoid the accumulation of citizens and the risk of infection, when visiting the PSC in some regions, the reception of service recipients will be carried out strictly by appointment.

In connection with the deterioration of the epidemiological situation, the chief sanitary doctors of the regions issued an order for the work of PSCs in the cities of Nur-Sultan, Atyrau, Kostanay, Tobol, Rudny, Taldykorgan, Shymkent, Karaganda, Zhezkazgan, Temirtau, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Semey. Now the reception of visitors will be conducted only by prior reservation.

Note that these changes do not apply to the PSC of rural areas and district centers.

The entrance to the PSC buildings is strictly masked. To observe the distance, markings of 1.5 – 2 meters are drawn. In each PSC there are sanitizers.

To apply for a reservation, citizens can use the egov e-government portal.kz, the service of the telegram bot eGovKzBot2. 0., or call the short number 1414. After the booking procedure, the citizen receives a notification at what time he needs to come to the PSC.

"Our colleagues in the front offices are in direct contact with service recipients. We do our best to protect our visitors and our employees by providing them with protective equipment. Therefore, we recommend that service recipients refrain from visiting the PSC in case of any symptoms of the disease, " says Azamat Esembulov, Director of the branch of the Government for Citizens for East Kazakhstan Region.
