Since the launch of the Unified State Cadastre of Real Estate (USGKN) information system, 100 million requests for information have been processed. The platform is becoming more popular and convenient for Kazakhstanis.
The leader in the number of requests was a certificate of absence of real estate from individuals — 44 million of them were issued.
The EGCN, introduced on July 1, 2023, combined land and legal cadastre data, making the process of obtaining public services in the field of real estate and land relations simpler and more convenient. To date, the system provides 8 real estate services and 4 land registry services. Among them are obtaining duplicates of title documents, a technical passport, a cadastral passport of a land plot, as well as registration of digital mortgages on a public cadastral map.
One of the key changes was the unification of the technical passport for real estate and the land deed into a single document — the cadastral passport. Since the launch of the system, 813,716 such passports have been issued.
The modern digital ecosystem of the EGCN provides convenient access to services, thanks to integration with mobile applications and platforms of second-tier banks. It should be noted that the EGCN has become an important step in the development of the country's digital infrastructure, opening up new opportunities for citizens.
