The akim of the district familiarized with the ongoing work in the field of tourism. An action plan for the development of the tourism sector for 2023-2027 has been approved in the Abai district, and some work has been carried out. There are 8 museums, 40 monuments, about 40 parks, alleys and more than 100 historical sites in the district, written in the epic novel "The Way of Abai". In order to popularize historical sites in the area and increase the number of tourists visiting, guidebooks and booklets "in the footsteps of Abai" are published. The booklets will be dedicated to 3 topics: Zhidebai, Konyrauliye cave, Khan Mountain and the legend of Genghis Khan. Each booklet was published in 4 languages (Kazakh, Russian, English, Chinese). In addition, 21 videos have been prepared containing information about 32 historical sites of the district. The website informing about the historical sites of the district is being created as a multilingual platform with six main pages in Kazakh, Russian and English. Current topics on the installation of the Internet in the most visited caves of Zhidebai, Berli, brown saint, as well as on the repair of the path to the brown saint cave are highlighted.
