How do I get a technical passport for real estate through a PSC?

In modern society, real estate occupies an important place and is a key factor of social status, as well as a way to meet people's needs for comfort and security. No transactions can be made with real estate without a technical passport, which contains identification data about the object. You can apply for a document at the PSC. In order to apply for the production of a technical passport through the PSC, the following documents are required: an application; an identity card for an individual or his representative (+ a copy); a document confirming the authority of a legal entity; an act of acceptance of real estate into operation or a state certificate for a site — for new facilities; a copy of the title document (+ the original) — in the case of redevelopment; a document on payment of state duty. Payment for the technical passport is two—stage: you make the first part when applying for a call for a technician for measurements, the second - upon receipt. The amount of payment depends on the complexity of the object and the quadrature of the room. D. The extension of the period is possible due to the complexity of the object in agreement with the customer of the service. In this case, the total period should not exceed two months from the date of application. A ready-made technical passport is issued after payment of the state fee. By the way, change the registration certificate in case of a change of owner or housing address (renaming a street, for example) no need.
