Construction projects under construction in the district
1. "Construction of a medical clinic in the village of Sarzhal." Contractor - TOO "Uralskstroyinvest." The customer of the project is the State Institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Development of the Abay Region." Currently, installation of interior doors, gluing of tiles to the floor and walls is underway.
2. "Construction of a medical center in the village of Orda." The contractor is TOO Construction Group "SAMRUK." The customer is the State Institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Development of the Abay Region." Electrical equipment is currently being installed.
3. "Construction of a sports module in the village of Kokbay." Contractor TOO "Gradstroyservis." The customer is the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Construction, Housing and Public Utilities, Passenger Transport and Highways of the Abay District of the Abay Region." Today, the interior finishing of the administrative and residential building, installation of the heating system, interior work of the hangar part of the sports hall, and landscaping of the territory are ongoing. The facility will be accepted in 2025.
4. "Construction of a children's camp located in the village of Kengirbay bi, Abay district, Abay region." The contractor is Gradstroyservis LLC. The customer is the State Institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Development of the Abay Region." Today, the facade of the building is bricked, the interior walls are leveled, and asphalt has been laid. Interior finishing work, construction of a playground, and landscaping work remain, the work is ongoing. The facility will be accepted in 2025.
5. "Reconstruction of the water supply system of the village of Kaskabulak."The contractor is TOO "Universalstroyservis". Today, a 23.6-kilometer water pipeline has been built and connected to the boundaries of private yards. Electrical installation work is currently underway at the pumping station. 6. "Reconstruction of the water supply system of the village of Arkhat". The contractor is TOO "Karat-Z". Construction period: July-October 2024 - May-August 2025. Today, 11 kilometers of water pipes have been laid.
