On Amending the Decision of the Abay District Maslikhat of August 22, 2024 No. 18/3-VIІІ “On Approving the Procedure and Amount of Social Support for Payment of Utilities and Purchase of Fuel at the Expense of Budgetary Funds for Specialists of State Healthcare, Social Security, Education, Culture, Sports and Veterinary Organizations Living and Working in Rural Settlements in the Abay District”
Abay district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To make the following changes to the decision of the Abay District Maslikhat “On approval of the procedure and amount of social support for the payment of utilities for the purchase of fuel at the expense of budgetary funds for specialists of state organizations in healthcare, social security, education, culture, sports and veterinary medicine living and working in rural settlements in the Abay District” dated August 22, 2024 No. 18/3-VIІІ (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 317-18):
paragraph 3 of the appendix to the said decision shall be set out in a new version:
"3. Social support for payment of utilities and purchase of fuel is provided at the expense of budgetary funds to specialists of state organizations of health care, social security, education, culture, sports and veterinary medicine living and working in rural settlements of the Abay district, without requiring applications from recipients, on the basis of consolidated lists approved by the first heads of state organizations, through second-tier banks or organizations that have licenses for the relevant types of banking operations."
2. This decision shall enter into force upon expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
