NOTE:
The participant, who is an individual or legal entity, submits the following documents to participate in the competition:
1) application for participation in the competition;
2) competitive proposal.
The tender proposal must contain:
1) business plan (projected volume of investment, area of cultivation of agricultural crops, number of farm animals, applied agricultural technologies , availability of agricultural machinery and technological equipment, qualified specialists in the field of agriculture, number of jobs created);
2) obligations to draw up and develop an on-farm land management project, implement measures for the development of agricultural infrastructure;
The tender proposal is submitted by the participant in the competition in a closed envelope, printed or written in indelible ink in a stitched form with numbered pages, where the last page is certified: by the signature of the participant - for individuals (or an authorized representative) and the signature of the first manager (or an authorized representative) and a seal (for availability) – for legal entities.
Acceptance and registration of applications for participation in the competition is carried out after thirty calendar days from the date of publication of the notice of the competition from May 23, 2024, fifteen working days at the address of the State Institution “Department of Agriculture, Land Relations and Entrepreneurship of the Abay District, Abay Region.
Opening of envelopes with competitive applications and summing up the results of the competition on June 13, 2024. At the address: Abay region, Abay district, Karaul village, Kunanbay street, 14 (district akimat building)
