On November 5, 2023, the elections of the mayor of Abay district were held. In this campaign, I nominated my candidacy on behalf of the Auyl party, and as a result of popular support for my pre-election program, I was appointed akim of Abay district. Since November 6, I have officially taken the place of Akim of Abay district and started working on my own. During this time, let me introduce you to the activities carried out in Abay district and make a report.
A solemn meeting was held on the occasion of" November 15 – the day of employees of the financial industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan", where I congratulated employees of the industry and residents of the district on the holiday. I also presented letters of thanks to employees of the financial sector.
They organized a ceremony of handing over the keys to residential buildings to representatives of socially vulnerable groups. Newly built residential buildings were erected in Kokbay, kengirbay bi, Karaul, Kaskabulak, Sarzhal,Kundyzdy rural districts and presented to the public. I specially visited representatives of socially vulnerable groups, handed over the keys to residential buildings and delivered my congratulations.
On December 6, in honor of the Independence Day, District competitions in junior football among veterans were held, and December 12-in men's volleyball. Among the youth of the district, competitive, Conquering Heights and achieving success in their field, an event was held "the best of the year 2023", at which employees of different industries in the district were awarded and determined the best of the year.
On January 27, 2024, a forum was held on the topic:" new concepts, opportunities and development tools for the development of tourism in Abay district". Guests from all over the world, representatives of the intelligentsia planned a lot of work within the framework of the forum.
Planned events were held in honor of the 35th anniversary of" February 15 – the day of withdrawal of a limited contingent of Soviet troops from the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan". A festive meeting was held, in which the Akim of the district congratulated veterans of the Afghan war and awarded them medals.
On the occasion of the holiday" March 1 – Thanksgiving Day", congratulations from the Akim of the district were published in District publications and social networks. He also thanked the employees for their conscientious work in all areas and hard work for their country.
In honor of the celebration of" March 8 – International Women's day", on March 5, a district volleyball sports contest among women was held, and on March 6, a show" Mask " was held. To date, 965 students train in 10 sports in the children's and Youth Sports School of Abay district. In particular, boxing, volleyball, judo, swimming, taekwondo ITF, table tennis, football, rhythmic gymnastics, Kazakh kures and togyzkumalak. In addition, branches of sports schools operate in all 9 rural districts.

According to the work of the Department of agriculture, land relations and entrepreneurship of Abay district from November 2023 to March 19, 2024
The main industry of our district is agriculture, including animal husbandry.
As of 01.03.2024, 70,461 cattle, 119,752 sheep and goats and 62,351 heads of horses were registered in Abay district.
The number of farms engaged in animal husbandry is 541.
The number of breeding farms in the district is 44, including sheep - 22, cattle - 21, horses - 1.
In December 2023, in accordance with the instructions of the first deputy akim of the region Baibekov Sh.Z. to determine the actual situation in the sector by conducting control inspections of farm animals and "data alignment" and the approved work plan, district and rural working groups were formed and from December 9 to December 20, a full tour of 2113 yards, 536 farms was carried out, the actual number of livestock was determined, and the chief specialists responsible for the agricultural sector transferred the summary data to the district statistics department in a timely manner.
As of March 1, 2024, 1,403 small and medium-sized businesses are operating in the District, 67 of them are grocery stores.
In the district, food stores are monitored daily by akims of rural districts, as well as specialists of the rural administration.
To date, 55 raids have been carried out in 67 stores, 67 owners of stores have concluded a tripartite agreement and signed a memorandum on not exceeding 15% of the price of the main 19 types of socially important food products necessary for the population from the wholesale point of sale, so far no violations have been identified.
In order to stabilize prices, since November, 3 fairs have been held in the district center.
On December 22, an agricultural fair was held in the village of Karaul. The fair sold products of "ARDAGER", meat and dairy products from villages, pure honey from Borodulikha region, barley from "AI-AR" LLP, Bran feed and sold at low prices to residents of the district.
"In honor of the International Women's day ""March 8"", an agricultural fair was organized, where various types of vegetables (potatoes, onions, carrots, cabbage)- 5 tons, Lamb – 2 carcasses, chicken – 170 kg, dairy products – 171 kg, various types of fish, feed (Bran) – 20 tons, eggs – 1800 pieces, Honey of Borodulikhinsky district – 100 liters, all sold at low prices."
On the eve of nauryz, a food fair was held on March 18 in honor of the month of Ramadan. The Fair included: various types of vegetables (potatoes,onions, carrots, cabbage),meat and dairy products, horses, beef, lamb, various types of fish, chicken, eggs and feed (bran) products.
According to the schedule approved by the first deputy akim of the region Baibekov Sh.Z.on November 18, 2023 and January 27 of this year, the Agricultural Fair of Abay district was held in the Severny slo.
The products of the Fair were beef-2.8 tons, Horse Meat - 2.0 tons, Lamb-0.5 tons.
According to the results of 2023, Abay district showed positive results in all indicators of socio-economic development.
At the end of 2023, in connection with the increase in the price of flour in the region, a tripartite memorandum was signed between the regional akimat, the Ministry of Agriculture and JSC NC "Food Contract Corporation" on stabilization of prices for bread made from wheat flour of the 1st grade.
In October-December, 16 bakeries of the district submitted applications for 113 tons of flour (1 grade wheat).
The price of bread was supposed to be reduced until January 1, but as a result of explanatory work for entrepreneurs, the price of bread until February 20 of this year was kept at 155 tenge, to date the price of bread is 180 tenge.
Work is underway with the Regional Department of Agriculture to obtain social flour.
674 agricultural machinery is registered in the district, including 435 tractors, 199 trailers, 40 road construction equipment. 2 tractors were purchased for leasing and at their own expense in the amount of 24 million 200 thousand tenge.
- For 4 months, 12 equipment was registered, 12 technical documents, 12 state numbers were issued.
