In 2023, 11,365 public services were provided in the Abai district. Including:
rendered through the e-government web portal and (or) a state corporation amount to 125 (equivalent to) 1.1 %;
Through the state corporation "Government for Citizens" 369 public services, which is 3.24 % ;
10,870 public services were provided electronically (PEP – 9938, which is 87.44%; E-licensing – 367, which is 3.22%; information systems of the service provider – 565, which is 4.97%) 95.64%. 137 refusals have been registered, everything is justified.
In 2023, in order to explain the provision of public services to the public, 10 live broadcasts and 4 seminars were held on the official pages, 12 articles were published in the local newspaper "Abai Eli" in order to inform the public about public services.
In order to inform the public on the provision of public services in 2023, reports of the district akim's office, independent departments and offices of the akim of rural districts were published on the official website of the district akim.
In accordance with paragraph 12) of Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services", by order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption dated December 8, 2016 No. 78 "On the rules for internal control over the quality of public services", a control action plan for 2023 was approved in the office of the akim of the district. In accordance with the plan, 6 control measures were carried out in 2023.
There are 9 self-service corners in the area. Of these, there are 6 rural districts with an Internet connection, the rest are located in the district center. Responsible specialists are assigned to the self-service corner, who provide relevant information to recipients of public services and carry out explanatory work.
