Within the framework of the requirements of the Law" on anti-corruption", anti-corruption is carried out in various areas. In the anti-Corruption strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025, approved by the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2014 No. 986, corruption is regarded as a phenomenon "threatening national security".
Corruption must be fought together with the state and society. Corruption is not just a crime. It shares the reliable integrity of the state and poses a threat to national security. And society is what we are, that is, our relationship to the law, our duties, and the moral state of society. Therefore, the roots of evil should be sought from society itself. We will not notice where corruption begins. But it all starts with this. We, seeing the injustice, blame the state and Express our resentment, but none of us take part in the fight against corruption.
The population often faces the graft disease. Therefore, in any environment, it is necessary to be active in suppressing the giving and receiving of bribes. Until then, we have to fight corruption. now we say that the main ideological document is anti-corruption, as indicated in the strategy. Thus, the anti-corruption policy of the state was not limited to identifying the perpetrators and considering their responsibility, but also identifying the causes of corruption in General and implementing its prevention.
If every citizen is able to apply any legislation, does not allow for misuse of state employees of his office, that is, to effectively use their rights and interests,our country could get rid of the disease and to contribute to the fact that he is among the developed countries of the world.
