In accordance with paragraph 5 of article 109 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan», by the decision of the East Kazakhstan regional maslikhat of March 13, 2020 No. 36/410-VI "on amendments to the decision of the East Kazakhstan regional maslikhat of December 13, 2019 No. 35/389-VI "on the regional budget for 2020-2022" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts for No. 6778), the Abay district maslikhat DECIDED:
Make the following changes to the decision of the Abay district maslikhat No. 42/9-VI dated December 30, 2019 "on the budget of the Abay district for 2020-2022" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts for No. 6475, published in the reference control Bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form on January 14, 2020):
paragraph 1 should read as follows:
"1. Approve the district budget for 2020-2022 according to appendices 1, 2 and 3, including for 2020 in the following volumes:
income – 7 698 412.7 thousand tenge, including:
tax receipts – 478,462. 0 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts – 3 170.0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital – 3,395,0 thousand tenge;
income transfers – 7 213 385,7 thousand tenge;
cost – 744 7 484,9 thousand tenge;
net budget lending – 54,394. 0 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans – 71,577. 0 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans – 17,183. 0 thousand tenge;
balance on operations with financial assets – 81,820,0 thousand tenge;
acquisition of financial assets – 81 820,0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of financial assets of the state – 0 tenge;
deficit (surplus) budget - 182 to 286.2 thousand tenge;
financing of the budget deficit (using the surplus) – 182,286,2 thousand tenge;
loans received-71,577. 0 thousand tenge;
repayment of loans - 17,183. 0 thousand tenge;
used budget balances – 127,892,2 thousand tenge.";
Annex 1, 5 to the said decision shall be set out in the following wording in accordance with annexes 1, 2 to this decision.
Recognize some decisions of the Abay district maslikhat as invalid in accordance with Annex 3.
This decision is effective from January 1, 2020.
